Intervention Engagement Worker (Children & Young People – Armed Forces Families)

Job Description

Make a real difference to children affected by domestic abuse in armed forces families.
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled and child-centred Intervention Engagement Worker to join our dedicated team supporting children and young people from armed forces families who have been impacted by domestic abuse.
This is a unique and rewarding role providing 1:1 emotional support, safety-focused interventions and trauma-informed guidance to help children build resilience, understand their experiences and feel heard.
You will work closely with parents/carers, schools, military welfare teams and partner agencies to ensure every child receives the holistic, joined-up support they need.

    £25,138 FTE (Pro rata £13,588.11)
