We are recruiting for the following posts:
Sexual Violence Services (ISVA) Team Leader, 18.5hrs per week, £25,293 - £26,293 (pro rata)
Support and line manage a team of staff, including Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVA's) to ensure a high quality frontline service to victims of sexual violence/abuse. To oversee allocation and the management of cases, be the lead in crisis situations, and provide advice/guidance on child protection/vulnerable adults concerns and information sharing.
Sexual Violence Support Worker (ISVA Service), 18.5hrs per week, £19,126 (pro rata)
Provide pro-active services to victims of rape and sexual assault, responding to and processing all referrals to the service. To provide efficient and effective administration support within the service, supporting with initial assessments, risk and needs assessments, case closure, evaluation and data monitoring.
Helpline Advisor, 12hrs per week, £19,126 (pro rata)
To participate in answering calls on a rota-system, responding to victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence/assault through carrying out options appraisal, assessing needs and vulnerablilty and safety planning. To listen and assess each caller, ensuring that an appropriate and effective support is provided of the highest standard.
